The Vanderbilt-Pakistan Connection exists to teach English through conversation and interactive instruction. Undergraduate students at Vanderbilt University team up to teach Pakistani students who are learning English 8,000 miles away. Vanderbilt-Pakistan Connection teachers video call into the their Pakistani classrooms once or twice each week, during the Pakistani school day, which means that classes begin anywhere from 10:30PM to 3:00AM Central Time.
